1. Scope

These terms apply to the purchase of software licenses through rpaops.de.

2. Contracting Party

Seller and Merchant of Record is Paddle.com Market Limited (or equivalent MoR provider). The software is developed and provided by Detlev Penven (RPA und KI Lösungen).

3. License Models

Community Edition (Free)

  • Read-only operations on UiPath Orchestrator
  • Free for personal and commercial use
  • Includes auto-updates and standard support via email (best effort)

Pro Edition

  • 12-month subscription, billed annually
  • Includes all features marked Pro
  • Auto-renewal (cancellable any time before renewal date)
  • Single-developer license unless otherwise stated

Site License

  • Covers an unlimited number of developers within one organisation
  • 12-month subscription

4. Trial

Every Pro installation starts with a 30-day full-feature trial. After the trial expires, the binary continues to run as Community Edition unless a valid license key is provided.

5. Liability

The software is provided “as is”. Liability is limited to the purchase price.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal terms of the Merchant of Record apply. Standard 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase date.
